Dust Collection in Battery Manufacturing
The battery production process, particularly in the electrode preparation workshop (feeding, slurry mixing, coating, rolling, and slitting), generates large amounts of combustible conductive dust containing materials such as cobalt, manganese, nickel, and graphite.
This dust not only poses a serious health hazard to employees but also poses a high risk of dust explosions. Furthermore, conductive dust can easily cause equipment short circuits, making it a key safety hazard in lithium battery factories.
